Iman Spaargaren launches his first cd with his own group: the Iman Spaargaren Quartet & Septet. Or actually two groups - a quartet and a larger ensemble.

The cd has been named 'Flow' and on it are 7 compositions written by Iman himself. He also wrote the horn arrangements.

The personnel of the Quartet are:

Iman Spaargaren - tenor saxophone

Marzio Scholten - guitar

Cord Heineking - double bass

Klaas van Donkersgoed - drums

The personnel of the Septet are:

Iman Spaargaren - tenor saxophone

Gerard Kleijn - trumpet

Mark Alban Lotz- flute

Marike van Dijk - alto saxophone

Santeri Sulkunen - guitar

Cord Heineking - double bass

Mark Coehoorn - drums
